12 Pulaski Meat Market Potato & Cheese Pierogi
4 oz (8 Tbsp) Red Hot Pepper Sauce
2 tbsp Canola Oil
Optional – dash of Garlic Powder

Mix hot sauce, oil, and garlic powder if desired in bowl
Toss pierogi to coat and bake in 425° F oven for 15 min or until crisp
Serve with Blue Cheese dressing and celery sticks

Farmers Cheese is used to make cheese and cheese & potato pierogi.

But here is a recipe to make delecious Lazy Cheese Pierogi when you don’t have a lot of time. Easy and quick to make, a great meal or side dish.

Lazy Pierogi

Ingredients
1 lb Farmers Cheese
2 Eggs Slightly Beaten
1 tsp Salt
1 tblsp Butter
11/2 Cups flour
Salted Boiling water

Preperation
Combine cheese,eggs, & salt
Cut butter into flour then work into cheese and egg mix
Turn out dough on floured board and roll into 11/2″ roll
Cut roll diagonally into 2″ pieces
Drop into pot of salted boiling water and cook for 5 about minutes
Pour into collandar and drain well
Sautee in melted butter until golden brown with onions if desired

Serve with sour cream & crispy bacon bits

Very similar to making Kopytika or “little hooves” dumplings
