The traditional recipes they use were brought from Poland, a country known for some of the world’s best meats and sausages. The market is in its thirty sixth year of operation and was founded by John & Irene Bulawa.  Their son and daughter-in-law, Vincent and Barbara Bulawa along with family members continue the tradition of producing the finest artesian sausages, cold cuts and other traditional Polish foods.

Ask anyone in Central New York, who has the best quality meat, and you’ll hear “Pulaski Meat Market”!  Vincent is in charge of producing only the highest quality and freshest meats and sausages. Real smoked products, not injected with artificial smoke flavors and chemicals but real authentic Polish food.

According to Vincent

“the secret is in the ingredients and that everything is home made after our original family recipes.”
