The answer is simple, Kielbasa Corn Dog Bites – Pulaski Market Style!

Stop by the store before National Corn Dog Day and pick up plenty of their new Jalapeno Kielbasa Links. Also, get some of your favorite cheese, like their imported Polish Cheese.

Then follow these simple directions:

You will need some wooden skewers and deep frying oil maintained between
325°F and 400°F.

*Remember foods become greasy if the deep fry oil temperature goes below 325°F*

Make a batch of Corn Dog Batter (Corn Dog Recipe Here)
Cut Kielbasa Links into bite size slices. Skewer a kielbasa slice and a piece of cheese, dip in batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown, drain well.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces and Imported Polish Beer:)
