Ingredients
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup molasses
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoon bourbon (optional)

Directions
Combine ketchup, molasses and water whisk until smooth in a saucepan, bring to a simmer over medium high heat.
Whisk in remaining ingredients and reduce heat to low cook until desired thickness is reached.
